I am an independent Management Consultant, Speaker, Trainer and an Advocate of Socially Sustainable Development. My professional background is rooted in Nursing, Midwifery, Teaching Health Workers, Public Health and Health Promotion with an emphasis in Human Resources Management.

My areas of expertise that is relevant to Management Consulting include being able to simplify complicated concepts and processes, and apply the information to specific situations. I create simple and practical tools with which to illustrate these concepts and processes.

A Health Teacher and established Program Planning and Evaluation expert, with more than thirty (30) years of experience, I share my program design experience in an organized and practical manner along with current "best practices" for each skill area.

I am especially gifted with the ability to effectively teach individuals and groups of diverse prior learning and work experiences as well as providing services within and among people with diverse cultural backgrounds.

I have practiced and taught in a variety of Health Systems in Zimbabwe, Nebraska, Alberta and British Columbia over the period of more then 30 years.

An avid advocate of socially sustainable development, the Ndaramo Wellness Initiatives is one of my lifelong dreams of contributing toward socially sustainable development in a society that is troubled by social inequalities, such as is the condition of the rural Zimbabwean women.
